Services
We offer hair extension fitting, hair colour, balayage, highlights, keratin treatments, and cuts for women. Services are delivered by appointment only at our premises.
Booking
Appointments are requested via email or phone. A booking is confirmed only when we respond to confirm availability. No walk-in services are accepted.
Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a charge at our discretion.
Refunds
As all services are carried out by appointment on a personalised basis, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your appointment, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours and we will work to resolve the issue. Where an error on our part is acknowledged, a complimentary corrective appointment will be offered. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
Prices
All prices displayed on this website are a guide. Final pricing is confirmed at consultation, as actual costs depend on hair length, density and condition. Payment is invoiced after the appointment.
Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Where a service contract is arranged at a distance (e.g. via email or phone), you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the contract being formed. However, if you request that the service begin before the 14-day period expires, you acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully performed. By booking an appointment and attending, you consent to the service starting before the cancellation period ends and accept that your right to cancel lapses at completion of the service.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
We are not currently registered with an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may seek independent advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk) or contact the Trading Standards service in your local authority area. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
